When do you face this error? are you installing a new Managed host? which type?

The error occurred while installing the Qradar community version. I have downloaded the community version from the IBM site:

i assume you've read on the same link you've provided the install and getting started infos? There is also a youtube video from Jose Bravo, how to successful install the CE and which prerequisites you'll have to keep in mind....
