    .MXApplicationException: BMXAA4176E - Attribute IBMID does not exist. Gather the logs from the <HOME> directory and determine the process or app referencing the invalid attribute.

    This attribute should exist on the MAXUSER object. I can't remember when it got added (it is relatively recent) but if you upgraded/patched recently I would make sure that your maximo.properties is pointing to the correct database and that you see the IBMID column on the MAXUSER table. It's possible there was an issue with your updatedb so check those logs too if you still have them.
