we have migrated our workspace from RBD 9.0 to 9.5.

Now we get a MVC generation error.

This is a known problem and a fixtest is available which can be obtained by opening a PMR. 

The APAR number associated with it is PI50415.

We are working on a small fixpack that will provide this fix as well as 3-4 more (like the F3->Open part problem reported on the forum).   The plan is for it to be available soon.

Hey Mark,

Is there a fixpack that will fix this issue yet? I also am having the same issue when I try to create a GridLayout widget into a TitlePane widget with an EGL Variable type Record, while having the "Add support for formatting and validation" check mark checked.

Not yet... we are still working on it and hope it will be available very soon.

Currently, the main thing holding it up is some recently identified security exposures related to Apache included in plugins we include from Eclipse and other tools.   We wanted to get the supplied changes in this fixpack so you as a customer would not have to install the fixpack and then quickly have to install an iFix for the security items.     (note:  An iFix or patch will be made available for previous versions/releases).

If you need the fix, then open a PMR and request it.

Colleagues, I applied a correction of 9.5 per RBD 9.5.1 and also solved the problem.
