I would like to know whether it is possible to build a multilingual chatbot using Watsonx Assistant or Watsonx Orchestrate, with a proper workflow. The chatbot should be able to answer user queries related to my web application, regardless of the language in which the user asks the question.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if anyone could share relevant learning materials or documentation on how to achieve this.
