As we approach the end of year, it is important for sellers to have a clear, real-time view of their performance against quota.
I am struggling to get a definitive snapshot of my order intake vs quota, and no one here in the UK appears to be able to point me to that real-time data.
I have viewed Cognos 'Monthly Achievement report' for two months, and the numbers have not incremented to match what I believe is my current performance.
The month rolled over from September to October, the underlying data remained the same.
It is now the middle of December, and the figures reflect the performance to the end of Q3.
This is not helpful - can anyone please advise where i can obtain my current sales performance data, please ?
