Missing processes in Dashboard/Processes list

    Hi All,

    There is a strange phenomenon in the Dashboard/Processes instance list: users  with appropriate rights do not see process instances started after a specific date (September this year). The team membership and the process settings (like instance ownership, or team management group ownership) are the same, unchanged, no new snapshot installed. Processess before the spcific date are visible for them, but after that date none.

    The users totally meet the conditions listed here: Dashboards in Process Portal - IBM Documentation - Processes

    BAW version is 22.x
