    b. No. of total memory slots.

    Related to processor:

    a. Does it supports hyper threading?
    b. System voltage
    c. clock speed ( both current and max, i am getting clock speed info but not sure its current or max)
    d. does it have math coprocessor?

    I am looking for this info on AIX 4/5/6.

    in the Web. I'am using this for Documentation of our Systems (Works for Linux, HP-UX, AIX).
    Look also for
    nmon
    and
    nmon2web
    which is also able to describe your machine config.
