    Hello DMC Team,

I'm not sure, but in the DMC 3.1.2 I didn't find the detailed description about instance and database memory like in DSM.
Is it planned for the next version coming in Q3/2020?

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hi Joachim,

So far DMC doesn't have "Instance memory" and "Database memory" KPIs yet, and they are not in DMC Q3 release plan.

In monitor summary page, the DB resource usage includes DB memory consumption. Hope this could be helpful.

    Hello Kai Ding,

And the KPI's for "Instance memory" and "Database memory" are not in the DMC roadmap. Do you know when this KPI's will available?
Sure, the DB memory is a figure in the Summary overview, but this is only one value.

Our idea was to switch to the version that comes in Q3. But there are some missing points, especially the Memory KPI'S.

    Best regards,
    Joachim

    Hello Joachim,

Thanks a lot for your feedback. Memory KPIs are some of the few remaining KPIs missing in DMC.  We will be bringing back prefetchers and table space performance KPIs in the September release of DMC.  I'll discuss with the team if we can bring back memory KPIs in the November release.

    Best regards,
    Maryia

    Hello Maryia,

Thanks a lot for the good news. This KPI's are very important for us, so we will wait with the switch from DSM to DMC until the November Release.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
