    Hi everyone.

    As always, I wanted to extend an invite to pack your running trainers for this years MUG and join me for an early run before the main day on the 8th May. I am offering a tour of Portsmouth seafront starting at 7am from the Holiday Inn where the main event is taking place, taking in the new sea defense path ways in Southsea that have just been finished (and still in progress). Respond below if interested. Pace will be VERY easy - keeping everyone together :-)
