    Posted Wed January 10, 2024 04:45 PM

We are using Maximo spatial 7.6.1

I have setup all necessary spatial configurations i.e.  Mapmanager, Json Mapping and created cron tasks instance in ArcGISDataSync cron task.

Error Message in Cron Task History:- Crontask Name: ArcGISDataSync Instance Name: WMAIN_INSTANCE Arcgis cron task processing failed. please check log file for more details.BMXAA6361I - caused by:null

Error Message in Systemout.log :- BMXAA6359E - A runtime error for host ArcGISDataSync. WMAIN_INSTANCE :Crontask Name: ArcGISDataSync Instance Name: WMAIN_INSTANCE  Arcgis cron task processing failed. please check log file for more details. occurred. Increase the amount of memory that is available to the Java Virtual Machine (JVM).

Applied following solutions, but it did not worked-

JVM memory of application server in websphere is :- 7144 MB

JVM memory of deployment manager in websphere is :- 3072

    Ejbdeploy.bat :- 1024 MB

    wsadmin:-1024 MB

has anyone faced same issue, any suggestions to fix this.

    Thanks,

    S Kumar

    Hi Suman,

The errors you have shown suggest that the JVM has been having problems and may have previously run out of memory.

If you look in the profile folder then there will probably be files named heapdump. or core.

the native_stderr.log file is also likely to contain a message about those files being generated.

the systemerr/systemout.log files may contain messages including the text OutOfMemoryException

The best thing to do now is:

Copy all of the JVM log files so they can be analysed *

Copy any heapdump/javacore/core files in the profile folder for analysis

    Restart the JVM

If you don't know how to analyse the logs / files then contact me , using the contact details on my profile page, and we can discuss that further
