Maximo SaaS - Report Database

    Dear All,

    From Maximo SaaS offering details, we understand that there are capabilities to have report only database (Replica of PROD) in near real time which third party reporting tools/data warehouse in customer infrastructure can make use of for BI reports.

    We would like to understand below items.

    1. Does this Report database (Replica) comes with an additional cost ? If yes - what is the metrics ( Ex - cost is based on size etc..,)
    2. What are all the ways in which On prem reporting system/data warehouse can query/fetch data from this database. We understand with VPN tunneling, we should be able to query against it. Is there any other better way/tools to meet this functionality.
    3. Though integration is not correct approach, with report database not pointing Maximo application - I believe if we go for integration to give this data it has to be configured on based PROD Database/application only.

    Kindly let me know if you have any information.
