Maximo PMWoGenCronTask issue:

We have updated one of our Maximo system from 7.5.0 to 7.5.0.11 and after that we are getting below error in PMWogen Log file

BMXAA3212E - Error while generating work order for PM PM70280. null

But we are able to generate work orders successfully from "generate work orders" action from PM application.

We have enabled Cron, Application and SQL logs in debug mode but no errors.

In systemout.log we have seen below message.

Generating work orders for site HIA.

SystemOut O UIERMEntity generatewo_repfacilitysrc does not have enough or any Mbo information to look obtain MboSet

SystemOut O UIERMEntity longopwait does not have enough or any Mbo information to look obtain MboSet

Any clue what we have to verify for this ?

This could be caused by the PM record not existing in PMANCESTOR table. Verify the data exists in PMANCESTOR table.

Make sure Admin Mode is turned OFF and PM Cron task is not added to maximo.properties DONOTRUN

We have a PM record in PMANCESTOR table. For some PM's it generating a work order and for some PM's its giving error.

But we can generate work order for all PM from "Generate Work order" action in PM application.

Why its creating a workorder for same PM when using 'generate work order" action and why it is throwing NULL error when generating work order for same PM using PMwogen cron task ?

Any help how we have to debug this which table /field causing this issue ?

Are the supervisor/Lead field filled on the PM?
