We have IBM Maximo 7.6.1.3 and Maximo Mobile for EAM 8.11 installed in the client. After installing on two environments, test and production, we have a problem. We access docker via IP address and API key. However, on the test environment we see TECHMOBILE, NAVIGATOR, MOBILELOGIN, ITMOBILE, ICMOBILE. On the production environment we see SRMOBILE, NAVIGATOR, MOBILELOGIN, ITMOBILE, ICMOBILE. In Maximo, both Technician and Inspections are enabled in the security groups, but again in the Configuration Application we do not see TECHMOBILE or INSPECTION. But in Maximo when we choose Role Based Tehnician, we can login like Tehnician, but we need it in Configuration to edit something. Both environments are set up in the same way.
Also, we have the same version of Maximo and Mobile installed on our server, and on which we can see all editing applications in Configuration without any problems. The difference between us and the client, that we access with username, pass and IP address, and the client via API key and API address.
Do you have any suggestion what to check?
