I think this is working as design. All data that you create in Mobile is queued to go into Maximo. Once it reaches Maximo, then Maximo sends back the required data.
In your case, you should be able to create work orders and view them in the work orders created locally. If it has synced successfully then you would be see additional data that came from Maximo otherwise the information provided by your while creating work order will be visible.

I am creating a Work Order from mobile device. Once I save the record after entering the details like description, work type and others, the information on the page does not display the Work Order number or MULTIASSETLOCCI information. I had to go back to list page and refresh the list, and select the newly created Work Order from list to display all the information. Is it expected behavior.
