We recently upgraded from Maximo Mobile 9.11 to 9.0.3. Our technicians no longer see a button to add attachments on mobile. I checked the MXAPIWODETAIL OS and add attachments was turned off. I turned it on for the required security groups, but I am still not seeing the button. What else am I missing to get this enabled again?

Yes, To enable add attachment button, we need to enable sig-option from respective security groups of your user has assigned. Once you enabled it, it gets in effective once your user active session end(Just logged out of your user active session) and then your changes will get in effect.
