Hi, I installed Maximo Mobile 8.10 in one of the environments and I was able to create preloaded databases for each site. Now the team decided to use a field SERIALNUM that had null values before and after the scheduled run of MobileDBGeneration Cron and I am encountering the error "Error to query filter ASSET_SERIALNUM page 1": null.

Any lead would be really helpful

Could you please just confirm that process for creating preloaded database was successfully completed after SERIALNUM was "used" (could you please also be more precise what "used" means).

The field SERIALNUM was null initially when i created the preloaded database first time and the process was completed successfully. But recently the team started to use the SERIALNUM field and entered about 7 records and I am facing the mentioned error in the preloaded database. The attached is the error when I checked in the preloaded database via the url.
