    can maximo retrieving data from external system using their URL ,This URL have json data format

    Hi Mohammad,

    Yes, I had done something similar to fetch exhange rates from Turkish Central Bank's URL. It required parsing XML, in your case you need to parse JSON. Please check the links below:
