Is there a limitation in Automation Script, that it cannot compile if the code line exceeds more than 2000? If yes, is it recommendable to increase the length of the AUTOSCRIPT field in db config?

The source/binarysource are clob/blob fields and don't have a 2000 character limit. You mention the AUTOSCRIPT field, which is the name of the automation script and has a 100 character limit out of box. Not sure if that was a typo or not. But we have scripts with over 50,000 characters without issue. The SOURCE field is similar to long description where there isn't a practical limit.
