  • 1.  Maximo Anywhere 7.6.4 Last version installed at device

    After follow the installation guide to install Maximo Anywhere 7.6.4, when try to connect the mobile app to server, it show Last version installed at device
    I cannot found any error on the systemout.log and the system information at blow.
    System information for installed Maximo

    Also I am configured it using LDAP with basic authentication it show unable to connect to the maximo server during installation, how can I solve it?

    Hi Jason, 

      If you look in the deployment app in Anywhere Administration what versions of the application show?  If nothing shows or the version is incorrect there may of been an issue with the build.

    Hi Jason,

    If you were using an earlier release of Anywhere 7.6.4, you might get error "Last version installed"


    I suggest that you try downloading Anywhere 7.6.4 from the "Ordering Information" section:

    Hi Jason,
    this error will appear after the successful installation because  you must perform a deployment action on Maximo Asset Management using the "Anywhere administration" application , for each anywhere application, you will find the files to be deployed on MaximoAnywhere/bin folder , there will be a .zip file for each application to be deployed using the "Anywhere administration".

    I am sure this will solve your issue.

    Can you provide some more details about this deployment process as I am having the same issue. The installation documents and troubleshooting are woefully inadequate in this regard.

    Hi Graham,

    If you are running HTTPS and receive error: "Last version installed at device" after entering the Maximo URL and clicking Connect button, try manually uploading the WorkExecution.zip from Deployment tab in Anywhere Administration application

    Did you finally resolve this? I am getting the same error. FYI.. I am have built the apk and installed it on a tablet.
