Hi Team,

Posted the Same question in More community as well.

None of the images in Maximo are getting generated after upgrading Maximo to 7612. From my initial investigation, I found that the URL generated to fetch the images are incorrect. It is generated in this format : <Maximo base URL><Maximo base url><webclient path to the images>
for example : <http://hostname:port/maximohttp://hostname:port/maximo/webclient/skins/iot/images/btn_minimizeportlet.png

Attached is an image of the issue as well.

Has anyone faced this issue ?

Hi,

I ran into similar issue at one of upgrades. Check this in System Properties:

webclient.useabsoluteimagepath – By default this is set to false. This should be set to true if images are displaying as broken when opening Maximo in a new tab.

This issue is resolved now. The issue was that I had set webclient.useabsoluteimagepath property to true while trying to resolve another issue and this caused this image path not loading issue. Setting webclient.useabsoluteimagepath to false resolved this issue.
