Hi Kk,
Do you see any in-progress or error messages in the workspace page? Something like the image below? Sometimes, a previous deployment was already in progress, so it may not show the confirmation message for new changes.
Answering your second question: You don't need to disable the demo data flag. MAS will apply your customisations and won't rerun the demo installation. You can leave it checked.

Subject: MAS Administration - Manage workspace configuration - Apply Changes option not working
Hi K k,
Have you tried to check under Workloads > Deployments > ibm-mas-manage-operator pod if it is up? Under MAS Manage project. We faced similar issue last time and this pod was not scaled. After scaling the pod to 1 was able to apply changes in MAS Suite Admin. Hope this helps.

Subject: MAS Administration - Manage workspace configuration - Apply Changes option not working
Hi Experts,
We have installed MAS 9 + Manage with demo data and it is working fine. We are trying to do changes in workspace configuration like enabling new add ons, class file deployment but Apply Changes option is not working. Button is enabled, but when we click it is not moving to next stage. Tried restarting catalog api, catalog mgr in core also operator-catalog in marketplace etc, but it didnt help. Pls let me know if you have faced this issue before.
Also request suggestion on below point:
Install Demo data option was selected during initial deployment, now if we make any changes like class file deployment - will it invoke DB update to demo data again as that option is selected as per initial deployment. Should we uncheck if we do any class file deployment ?
