    Hi Bala,

    there has been a significant shift with the Maximo Application Suite.  The "Manage" component of the suite is Maximo Version 8.  In order to run the Application Suite you need to run Red Hat Open Shift and deploy Manage into that environment.  In essence there is no Windows installer for Maximo anymore and it is not possible to install Maximo 8 outside of Open Shift.  There is good documentation on deployment but it is a significant shift away from the traditional deployment under earlier versions.  https://mam-hol.eu-gb.mybluemix.net/ocp_8.6/

    I would not attempt MAS 8.7 as it encourages the use of UDS, which is currently broken for the latest release of the Crunchy Postgres operator.  If you do go down the 8.7 path make sure you use Crunchy 5.0.5 and not the default 5.1.0.

     

    There is a ton of potential here and a lot to like, but at the moment the quarterly release cycle seems to be too fast paced to allow for proper dependency documentation and testing so you are probably better off with the 8.6.

    its looks likes Maximo 7.6.1 installation 

    First, download Maximo 7.6.1 from Passport Advantage. (See Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1 and Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy 7.6.1, too.)Make sure you extract each download into the same directory.When finished, it looks something like this:

    As Michael mentioned earlier in this thread, Red Hat Open Shift is required as a platform.  Maximo Application Suite is not deployed like earlier versions.

    You cannot install MAS 8 on Windows as it is based on Red Hat Open shift in Linux
