Mapping Cloud Spend to TBM Towers

    I am a new Community and Cloudability user. Mapping of cloud spend to TBM towers is giving inconsistent results. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there standard mapping rules  to map spend to TBM towers?

    Always on the ball, @Jenny Franklin!

    We can see the results of the Azure mapping in our CDI setup: as before with the multi-cloud connector, there are always "holes", unmapped products. I believe it's dynamic, so your team must be updating the tables behind the mapping on a regular basis.

    I'll go through your linked documents in the coming days.

                        Is there a way to get the ATUM 3.0 mapping as the page only has the file for ATUM 1.0 and 2.0?

    Have spoken with a few more folks and these appear to be mappings to their respective towers using a combination of values from the CSP.  The mapping is maintained by Apptio and is updated automatically.  Tagging @Ed Hayman in case there is additional information that can be shared.
