Hi All,

We are using Maximo anywhere version "IBM Maximo Anywhere 7.6.4.0" and recently we started facing problem with login issue where many users are facing problem with Mobile login. Any suggestions how to resolve this and its taking multiple clicks to enter inside application and sometimes it will not login at all.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and fix this issue.

Yes indeed user prompts this problem very first. kindly set the environment of Mobile First and check with the User authentication Rights, Re build and deploy in Eclipse by opening Maximo Anywhere Environment. 

Check the Response from OSLC GET/POST Method.

Thanks Adnan Sheeraz for the response. Currently we are using the latest version so Mobile first server is not present in the system after upgrade. IBM did some configuration settings in LDAP so that the application should accept only valid sessions instead of accepting the timeout sessions. That resolved the issue.
