I have setup necessary things for MAF environment on my local machine , initially it logged successfully and showed all the app's.

Now, its logging in but immediately displays system message "Failed to Fetch"

You need to grant permission to OSLCMAFAPPDATA object structure in the security group that users that you used to log into MAF belongs to.

Permissions to OSLCMAFAPPDATA is already been granted.
