The creation of the wpar is successfull, but the syncroot fails with an error:

    syncroot: Error synchronizing installp software.
    syncroot: Returns Status = FAILURE

    installp: APPLYING software for:
    bos.sysmgt.serv_aid 6.1.1.0

sysck: 3001-049 Wrong file size. The file
    /etc/methods/cfgprobe
has an actual size of 5370 bytes (expected size: 5486 bytes).

    The clogin is successfull.
Any ideas? The size of the file is 5370, and i found on an older AIX Box with 6100-01-01-0823 the Filesize of /etc/methods/cfgprobe is 5486.
I have this error on all my AIX 6.1.4 AIX Boxes.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm having same issue while installing system WPAR.
    oslevel -s is 6100-04-04-1014.
IBM tells me that the bos.sysmgt.serv_aid issue is documented in open APAR IZ53990. The APAR is for AIX 6100-03 but the issue is the same. A fix for the APAR has not been released.

    Is your system wpar stable?
