    Hi all

    I am getting the limits exceeded error when I try to publish a excel sheet in workspace,
    I have made it public and also the sheet was created with exploration  then converted to customer report.
    Attaching the picture of error message for reference.

    Let me know if any one know what it means, Thank you in advance.

    Hi Dhwani,

    is it possible that this is a large view and it may be too large? Depending on the MaximumViewSize setting in the tm1s.cfg file, you could get this message if this has reached this size. The administrator can also view the server log files for additional information.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Robert,

    Thank you, that is a good point I did check after reading your response it is not a large view, Thank you again for your response.
    I will keep looking at other options.

    Hi Dhwani

    Points to note:
    New PA has added a parameter for the number of data points (excel cells) that are published in TM1 web;
    tm1web_config.xml
    WorkbookMaxCellCount

    1. RE-publish the Excel Template - ensuring the used area of the spreadsheet is minimised (Crtl+End) will take you to the most South Easterly point of the spreadsheet that will be published. If an Active form has refreshed this used area can cover a large area of the sheet, this is not required - DELETE UNUSED CELLS/SPACE TO THE RIGHT OF THE REPORT and BELOW the REPORT, Save the report and UPDATE/RE-PUBLISH the Websheet in the applications folder - DO NOT REFRESH THE ACTIVE FORM BEFORE re-publishing.

    2. IF you still get an error - update the tm1web_config parameter
    3. if you are still getting an error - reduce the size of the template/report (remove sheets and publish them separately)
