IBM Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel Release 57 is now available for both cloud and local deployments.

With IBM Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel release 56 you can now change the font size and save views in the Cube Viewer.

The Business Application Research Center (BARC) named IBM a 2020 market leader in integrated Planning & Analytics, with products including: IBM Planning Analytics powered by TM1, IBM Cognos Analytics, IBM Watson Studio, and IBM SPSS.

Once again, IBM received top ranks in five peer groups in the Business Application Research Center's The Planning Survey 20. 

Important Reminder: As of the 2.0.9.2 release of IBM Planning Analytics, TM1 Web is no longer included in the long cadence release. It will now have its own installation kit as of 2.0.55 release

IBM will begin to capture metrics of your usage of IBM Planning Analytics Workspace on cloud to improve the product and its capabilities, with the release of 2.0.54. If you are based in the European Union, you will see a cookies prompt the first time you log on after the deployment of Planning Analytics Workspace on cloud. Get help managing users in an integrated environment for Cognos Analytics on Cloud and Planning Analytics on Cloud with SSO (Single Sign-On). This integration now allows users to seamlessly move between Cognos Analytics and Planning Analytics.

TM1 Web is now being delivered in its own installation kit. Review the changes to TM1 Web Deployment for Planning Analytics local with release 2.0.55.

ExploringTM1 shows how to install or upgrade Planning Analytics for Microsoft Excel TM1 add-in.

Upgrading IBM Cognos TM1 to Planning Analytics Local or Cloud? To facilitate the upgrade process for customers who are still using TM1 or if you're planning on moving to Planning Analytics on cloud the attached documents describe the process.
