Hello,

I have a license key with 5K EPS and 50K FPM issued to me by ibm, i just added EP and FP to my QRadar All-in-One, i want to apply the license key to both EP and FP, i allocated the key to the console, and deploy changes, after which i used the licese pool management to allocate the 5k to the EP and the 50K to the FP. i saw the allocations on both the EP and the FP, but i notice the trial notification error is still showing. I was expecting this error will go away.

Why s it showing 20K EPS and 285K FPM, different from your saying? Is it more than 1 license key has been applied?

You should remove the temporary licenses from the system (in this view) - otherwise it will keep notifying you about existing expired licenses. It may happen that after removing you have an over-allocation - i.e. see higher EPS/FPM allocated to the EP/FP than you have in the license - but a simple adjustment in the License pool management to match the license should resolve it.

So I should delete the temporary license key form the EP and the FP?  How do i perform this task? should i just click on the EP/FP license and go to action>delete system. Also note this license was allocated to the console, and the EPS and FPM was adjusted to the 5k and 50k.

From Admin > Systems & License Management under Display you change the view from the drop-down list to Licenses; right-click your "real" license and select the option Allocate license to system. (Not sure by heart if the deploy will be needed). When the license change has been verified and the "real" license is associated with the intended host, you should be able from the same Licenses view to right-click the temporary license and select Delete license.
