We have Cognos reports that are from the Cognos 8 version or prior to that. These reports will 'run as' Excel the first time they are run, however, if you open one of these reports up in HTML, then the report does not show all the data (even if you page down) that would normally end up on the first tab when running in Excel. It will skip data and go to the next page. All subsequent pages will show correctly.

Also, if you try to run it in Excel after one of these HTML versions are open, it will still be missing part of the first page. I'm wondering if we just have to recreate the legacy reports? or if there is a fix for this?
