    Hi Team,
    I am Enabling LDAP Authentication, and I am Seeing All Groups in My Forest, However it shows no member inside any of theses groups.

    I have got your Email, Actually I have Issue Registering to new Support Portal, It don't know what is the customer number that Requires to complete the registration form.

    I reported this issue and I got email that my case reported, but still not having instructions how to solve this yet.

    Hi Ahmed,

    I believe the customer number will be the customer number of the company that has purchased the Resilient license. In your case it will be the customer you are performing work on behalf of. I expect this number will be on a "Proof of entitlement" or on a license agreement. I searched and found the following which is for a different product but it still seems valid.

    Hi ChungNX2,
    If you are asking about users not shown, yes we solved this issue.
    You have to make sure those users have emails in their AD account attributes (email attribute).
    Only then they will be shown, hope this answers your question.
