Good Morning,
I hope that all remain well on your end. This is a very urgent matter. Our Production installation , version 11.0.9, is not fully functioning and we are forced to upgrade to the latest version. Let me bring you up to speed on the 11.1.7 installation. I have performed a clean install within our Development environment. It is currently configured to allow anonymous logins – Set to True. I can not log-in with Allow Anonymous set to False. We can create reports. However, the framework filters on the log-in credentials of roles and groups. Therefore, log-in is required.
With authentication enforced, I am getting this error:
[ERROR] Class not found exception. Reason: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.jnetdirect.jsql.JSQLDriver
Also, I am Googling the problem and it may be caused by a JNet driver conflict. What jar file do may need to include into the /lib folder:
https://jnetdirect.com/jsqlconnect-support/using-jsqlconnect/
Warm Regards,
Eli
