Any idea about Jira & ServiceNow connection to build FM model.

I found Service now ODBC driver, Just wanted to check if someone already done this ?

​Hi Veera, within our company we have a JDBC datasource connection to ServiceNow database (Microsoft SQL). So in your Cognos drivers directory you need the MS SQL JDBC driver to connect. An architect has made a framework to build reports on the SNOW database. End users can query the reports for analyzing the Service Now data.
