    Hi All,
    I am getting cryptographic error in cognos configuration while restarting services.
    error is java.lang.Nullpointer.
    Can anyone please let us know what may be the resolution.

    Hi Priyanka,

    Do you use Cognos Analytics v11.2.4 FP1? In this case, you need to install Cognos Analytics v11.2.4 Interim Fix 1 (v11.2.4.1.1)
