Hi Team,

Would need a help if anybody have used the feature of Java table function using Dynamic Query Extensibility in Cognos Analytics. I have gone through the developer guide in SDK but have few queries. I am wondering once the java table function is defined and imported the jar file to the cognos analytics, how and where it will be exposed to the report authors. If it is from custom sql, what will be the data source to select in the properties of the Custom SQL? Any detailed steps or document is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

As per the above, your custom table function can be invoked from anywhere in Cognos where you can enter your own custom Cognos SQL, e.g., FM, report authoring, or data modules.  You can choose any data source for the custom sql.
