My Content manager java process doesn't' come back down after going up. With the CM and the dispatcher installed separately on the same server both are sucking up all the CPU resources and don't release. I am unable to identify what started since the logs are not exactly showing issues other than those that relate to unable to work with the CM that is too high to communicate with.

Hi, I have found this is more about the dispatcher java process running high cpu for a long time. When I kill this it provides relief to the system. Has anyone seen this ? I have already tried adjusting the logging and the tuning.
