Java 17 support is available on 7.5, 7.4

    Java 17 is option 20.  I just downloaded and applied it on a test lpar.  There are PTF's for this.

    7.5:  SF99955 Level 5
    7.4:  SF99665 Level 18

    End of support for Java 11 is on the near horizon.  Java 17 will be a much longer LTS, or Long Term Support, release.  I've already submitted a request to HCL that they add Java 17 support to Domino.
