    Any ideas on root cause?

    I have a problem withthe zoom function in Scheduler & Scheduler plus. I cannot select more than 1 week to be displayed. 

    If I select that I want to see 25 to 12. Maximo will only display W27 4-10..  

    Cannot replicate the issue in a Maxdemo environment... 

    Maximo 7.6.1.3, Scheduler 7.6.8.2

    Are you specifying the custom zoom level by holding a left click and dragging on the timeline bar?  Does every schedule behave this way in your environnement or is it only a specific Schedule?  Did you try different browsers too? 

    If this is a dev environment and only a specific schedule is behaving this way and in all browsers, you can turn on the UI debugging and try to clear the saved cache on the schedule.

    Yes it is when I try to click and drag on the timeline bar. 

    I will try the UI logging as suggested. 

    We have 5 environments and we have the same issue in all environments. Also been trying things as logging in in different languages, Clear cache etc..

    Been trying Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox with the same result.

    It doesn't matter which schedule I open.

    I also get the same issue in Large projects. and I realised the other day that it is the same in Graphical Assignment, Graphical crew mgmt. as well.

    I have not seen this specific issue before and I just tried a 7.6.1.2 and 7.6.1.3 environment and of course my zooming works great.  Did you open a support ticket? Scheduler support engineers are great and would be best to help resolve the issue.

    IBM just confirm me, they will fix this in TPAE 7612 and 7613.

    IBM says:"I can now reproduce it, the key was to have an application server with a time zone in Europe (GMT+). As most our machines are located in North America, this was not an obvious testing."
