The issue I am facing is little different. There is no order or sequence for this issue. In some case the Inspection form will show in first click itself.
Other cases not. The same form might open at a later time. If a form is having this issue in "My Schedule" app, the same issue is facing for same form in Inspection app.

A similar problem is happening, but receiving the message "Error: Form template selected is not on your device. Update your Form Lookup and try again."

I am facing a strange issue with Maximo Mobile Inspection forms
Please find the steps I followed, and the issue faced
Creation an Inspection Form
Associate the Form to Job plan
Associate the Job plan to a PM and generate work order.
Approve the work order which will auto populate the inspection result field in work order.
Login to Maximo Mobile à Open the above Work order in "My Schedule" app and Click on Inspection icon
The expected result
The Inspection Form questionnaire page should open
The actual result
Inspection Form questionnaire doesn't open always. Sometime the screen circle around as shown in the attached video. If we open the same record later the page might open. This is not record specific. For the same record it does open sometime and doesn't open other times.
The same behavior is found in "My Schedule" app and Inspection app. Same behavior online and offline mode.
Everything works fine with Role based application.
Has anybody faced similar issues? any idea what could be wrong
