We are on Maximo 7.6.1.2 (MAS 8)
We are having issue in Maximo Long Description default font size
It gets back to default font size (x-x-small), even if user change it, save the record and next time when user opens the long Description dialog box
I saw a discussion thread here and we applied it, it did not work
Acc to IBM it works OK on Firefox, but as a company policy we are on Chrome
I did testing on IBM preview site, the issue is not there
Please help

Make sure you have APAR IJ25347 https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/apar/IJ25347 fixed in your environment. This prevented the CSS change from working and was fixed in a 7.6.1.2 IFIX. It might explain why you don't see the issue on the preview site but see it in your local environment.
