We have observed the Network Hierarchy management application suddenly stopped working, while taking backup or uploading it is throwing error "Something went wrong! Unknown error occured; see logs for more detail"
Note : Previously the application used to work perfectly without any issue.
we have tried all possible options as below.
- changing the FQDN from upper case to lower.
- Uninstall and reinstallation of the application.
- Patch upgrade
- raised the case with QRadar support but not support from them.
Please assist as it is very difficult to update multiple network segment in Hierarchy.
