When importing a csv i get the error message "Something went wrong! Unknown error occured; see logs for more detail". Please advise in which log and how i can find the error message there telling what exactly went wrong. I tried to find the error in the logs. I searched the logs i know but could not find an entry i shortened the CSV File to identify the line that does cause the error. Please help me find the log describing what exactly went wrong or maybe what needs to be changed in the CSV to prevent the error.

this sounds, like you are using some special characters in the csv file, maybe like „-„ in a network name, which are not supported…

yes it have been special characters (a lot). Thanks for the hint. I found the way to get the log entries from the App and that showed me which lines and which characters (line by line). Took me a while to clean up the german file to get it into qradar. Would be nice if Qradar supports more characters and also to have a way to also import all the other information like coordinates somehow.
