Hi Elitsa,

AFAIK - as an IBM Champion you simply report all your activities via

    http://ibm.biz/champ-report

and the badges (all 3 of them) are issued automatically during the year (I already received all 3 again for 2025).

Sometimes the badges need some time - so just wait and see.
