Issue while special characters when using export option in ICN

    Greetings,

    I am trying to utilize the export option when a document is right clicked in ICN deployed as part of ICP4BA. The meta-data which I select to export contains some special characters.

    For example, lisää is shown as lisää in the download csv.

    Can someone suggest what is needed to fix this?
