  • 1.  Issue while performing API request from Resilient Circuits

    Hi All,

We are facing issues while making API requests from Resilient-Circuits server.

We are trying to fetch IP details from IBM Xforce via API. To achieve this, we have installed utilities function. However, while executing the utilities function we are getting ConnectionError.

The traffic from resilient-circuits is going through proxy server. We have set the proxy using the "export https_proxy" command. Even, we have configured proxies into the app.config file. Still we are receiving error.

It seems the issue is with python and not the network connectivity. Using the curl command, we are receiving results from the same URL, however, after using python, we are getting below error. Hope the screenshot is visible. If not visible, added it as an attachment.

Can anyone please help us in this matter ? Highly appreciable.

    Hi Akhilesh,

Would you mind providing the pre-process script you're attempting to use? I'm thinking that might be helpful in troubleshooting.

    Thanks,

    Hi Liam,

Thank you very much for replying. Fortunately, we have resolved the issue for now. The issue was related to our proxy server which we have solved internally.

    Thanks,
