ISAM : Unable to access SCIM API

    Hi Team 

    we have enabled  the SCIM configuration as per the User Self Care guide but not able to access SCIM resources , Any help or pointers how we can resolve the issue 

    As per logs we can see that Web Module SCIM has been bound to default_host.
    [10/20/22, 9:37:27:321 IST] 00000033 com.ibm.ws.http.internal.VirtualHostImpl A CWWKT0016I: Web application available (default_host): http://localhost:80/scim/

    But on accessing it via https://{appliance_hostname}/scim/Users it give us an error
    Verify Access: The requested page could not be found.</h1>
