Is there any way to make IBM Content Navigator search work "Case insensitive"?

    Hi All,

    When I search by IBM Content Navigator using the filename (Document Title Property) "Teste Pamela - 120094.pdf" the search works normally, but when I use the filename like "TESTE PAMELA - 120094.pdf" (with capital letter ) the search does not work.

    Is there any way to make IBM Content Navigator search work "Case insensitive"?

    Teste Pamela - 120094.pdf (Original name)
    TESTE PAMELA - 120094.pdf (Altered name)

    My Environment:
    Windows 10
    IBM Content Navigator v3.0.9
    IBM Filenet v5.5.8

    Hi Fredy,

    You can make the search as case insensitive in objectstore level. You can set true for Force Case Insensitive Search under properties of objectstore, using acce. This will make all searches case insensitive.

    Hi Ramesh,

    I set true for Force Case Insensitive Search as you recommended and it worked fine.
