    During deployment of a Rule App, the default behavior is to deploy the latest version of all rule artifacts.  However, the deployment process can be configured using ruleset extractors as well as queries and validators.  For more information on ruleset extractors, please see the following documentation page: publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/dmanag...
