Is it possible to get simple maxdiff analysis results using CONJOINT command?

In my organization we use a quite complicated method to get maxdiff results with the use of external tools. Is it possible to do it only in SPSS? I'm not much into statistics and more complicated analyses because most of the time I do custom tables BUT I think maxdiff can be done by CONJOINT command. Am I right? If yes - how?

The CONJOINT procedure, along with ORTHOPLAN, do full-concept conjoint.  That does not cover maxdiff.  Although maxdiff is popular in market research, some statisticfians question its underlying assumptions.

Of course, all conjoint procedures require a way to administer the survey, which would be outside of SPSS software, but analyzing the results of the design could be done using multinomial logistic or some embedded R code.  See here.,
