    IBM Decision Center (a module of Operational Decision Management V7.5) is the repository for all decision artifacts and provides a business user interface for authoring, testing, managing, deploying and governing business rules and business events.

    Related is IBM Process Center (a module of Business Project Manger V7.5) but it is a separate product.  The similarity in naming implies a similarity of purpose, however, Process Center stores and governs process artifacts instead of decision artifacts.
